Refund and Returns Policy
These are Armada Perkasa Nusantara Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the https://Armadaperkasanusantara.co.id website.
All product returns require a Purchase Order number. You may obtain an Purchase Order number by contacting Armada Perkasa Nusantara Customer Service by calling us or emailing CS@Armadaperkasanusantara.co.id
Any return for a refund must be done within 30 days of purchase. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Below is a list of Manufacturers and their restocking fees.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error made by Armada Perkasa Nusantara.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Https://Armadaperkasanusantara.co.id
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. (All packaging must be the original packaging in new condition without markings or damage)
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Armada Perkasa Nusantara no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order PO Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) Armada Perkasa Nusantara can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Armada Perkasa Nusantara can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 14 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued except in cases of manufacturer restocking fee.

Items covered by this policy (Non-electrical or Stock items) must be returned to Armada Perkasa Nusantara within 14 days of the date of delivery for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Armada Perkasa Nusantara, and not the mere issuance of an PO.
Limited Replacement Only Return Policy

Items covered by this policy (Electrical or Non-Stock items) must be returned to Armada Perkasa Nusantara within 14 days of the delivery date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item, if the original is no longer available. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Armada Perkasa Nusantara, and not the mere issuance of an PO. All electrical items returned will be tested by the manufacturer to ensure they have not been damaged.
