Omron C200H-TS101 Temperature Sensor Unit – 4-Channel RTD JPt100

Omron C200H-TS101 adalah Temperature Sensor Unit untuk PLC seri C200H yang dirancang untuk membaca temperatur dari sensor platinum resistance thermometer (RTD) JPt100 100 Ω. Modul ini menyediakan hingga 4 input temperatur yang dapat dipilih pengguna sebanyak 1, 2, atau 4 point per unit. Data temperatur dikonversi menjadi format 4-digit BCD sehingga dapat diproses secara langsung oleh PLC Omron C200H.

Omron C200H-TS101 mendukung berbagai measurement range, antara lain -50 hingga 50 °C, -50 hingga 100 °C, -20 hingga 80 °C, 0 hingga 100 °C, 0 hingga 200 °C, 0 hingga 300 °C, dan 0 hingga 400 °C. Pemilihan temperature range dilakukan melalui temperature specification code, dengan pengaturan yang berlaku secara umum untuk keempat input. Modul memiliki akurasi konversi maksimum ±(1% full scale + 1 °C) dan conversion cycle maksimum 4,8 detik ketika empat input digunakan.

Untuk integrasi sistem otomasi, C200H-TS101 merupakan C200H Special I/O Unit yang menggunakan 10 I/O words pada Special I/O Area dan konsumsi arus maksimum 450 mA pada 5 VDC. Koneksi sensor menggunakan removable terminal block, sedangkan isolasi antara input terminal dan sinyal PLC dilakukan menggunakan photocoupler. Unit memiliki dimensi sekitar 35 × 130 × 128 mm dan berat maksimum 400 g. Model C200H-TS101 saat ini termasuk produk legacy/no longer available to order pada dokumentasi Omron.
