OMRON E5AZ-R3T adalah digital temperature controller dari seri E5AZ yang dirancang untuk pengukuran dan pengendalian temperatur pada berbagai aplikasi otomasi industri. Controller ini memiliki ukuran panel 1/4 DIN, 96 × 96 × 78 mm, menggunakan catu daya 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, serta mendukung input thermocouple dan platinum resistance thermometer seperti Pt100 dan JPt100.

OMRON E5AZ-R3T dilengkapi 3 alarm outputs dan control output tipe relay untuk mengendalikan perangkat pemanas atau aktuator lainnya. Relay control output memiliki rating hingga 250 VAC, 5 A untuk beban resistif. Controller mendukung metode kontrol ON/OFF atau 2-PID dengan auto-tuning, digital setting melalui tombol panel depan, serta display digital 11-segment untuk memudahkan pembacaan PV dan SV.

Untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas aplikasi, seri E5AZ menyediakan berbagai fungsi seperti manual output, heating/cooling control, loop break alarm, multi-SP, MV limiter, input digital filter, self-tuning, temperature input shift, run/stop, dan protection functions. E5AZ-R3T juga memiliki sampling period 250 ms, front panel dengan perlindungan IP66, serta port Setup Tool untuk konfigurasi menggunakan komputer. Model E5AZ-R3T merupakan produk legacy karena seri E5[]Z telah dihentikan produksinya pada Maret 2016.
