Mitsubishi Q68ADI Analog Input Module 8 Channel 0–20mA

Mitsubishi Q68ADI adalah modul analog input untuk PLC Mitsubishi MELSEC-Q Series yang menyediakan 8 channel input arus 0–20mA DC. Modul ini berfungsi mengubah sinyal analog dari perangkat instrumentasi seperti pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, level transmitter, temperature transmitter, dan sensor industri menjadi data digital yang dapat diproses oleh CPU PLC. Q68ADI memiliki terminal block 18-point dengan screw terminal M3 sehingga praktis digunakan pada sistem otomasi industri.

Mitsubishi Q68ADI mendukung beberapa mode resolusi dengan output digital 16-bit signed binary. Pada mode normal, rentang output digital mencapai -4096 hingga +4095, sedangkan mode resolusi tinggi mendukung -12288 hingga +12287 atau -16384 hingga +16383. Kecepatan konversi A/D mencapai 80 μs per channel, sehingga modul ini sesuai untuk aplikasi kontrol proses dan sistem otomasi yang membutuhkan pembacaan sinyal analog secara cepat. Input current memiliki input resistance sebesar 250Ω dan absolute maximum input sebesar ±30mA.

Untuk integrasi dengan PLC MELSEC-Q, Q68ADI menggunakan 16 intelligent I/O points dan memiliki isolasi photocoupler antara terminal I/O dengan power supply programmable controller, sementara antar-channel analog input tidak terisolasi. Modul berukuran 98 × 27.4 × 90 mm dengan berat sekitar 0.19 kg dan konsumsi arus internal 0.64A pada 5VDC. Mitsubishi mencantumkan Q68ADI dengan standar UL, cUL, CE(EMC), CE(RoHS), KC(EMC), LR, NK, DNV, ABS, RINA, dan BV.
