Mitsubishi Q68ADV Analog Input Module 8 Channel Voltage Input

Mitsubishi Q68ADV adalah modul analog input untuk PLC MELSEC-Q Series yang menyediakan 8 channel input tegangan DC. Modul ini dirancang untuk membaca berbagai sinyal analog industri dengan rentang input 0–10 V, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, dan -10–10 V DC, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk integrasi sensor, transmitter, instrumentasi proses, sistem monitoring, serta perangkat kontrol yang menghasilkan sinyal tegangan analog. Q68ADV menggunakan input resistance sebesar 1 MΩ dan terminal block 18-point dengan screw M3 untuk koneksi field wiring.

Untuk pengolahan sinyal analog, Mitsubishi Q68ADV menghasilkan data digital 16-bit signed binary dengan mode resolusi normal dan high resolution. Pada rentang -10–10 V, misalnya, modul menyediakan output digital -4000 hingga 4000 pada mode normal dengan resolusi 2.5 mV, serta -16000 hingga 16000 pada high resolution dengan resolusi 0.625 mV. Modul juga mendukung user range setting dengan resolusi hingga 0.333 mV pada high resolution. Kecepatan konversi A/D mencapai 80 μs per channel, sehingga Q68ADV cocok untuk aplikasi otomasi yang membutuhkan akuisisi sinyal analog secara cepat dan akurat.

Q68ADV memiliki akurasi dasar hingga ±0.1% dan mendukung temperature drift correction untuk mempertahankan stabilitas pengukuran pada rentang temperatur operasi. Modul ini menggunakan photocoupler isolation antara terminal I/O dan power supply PLC, sedangkan antar-channel analog input tidak terisolasi. Dengan dimensi 98 × 27.4 × 90 mm, konsumsi arus internal 0.64 A pada 5 VDC, dan berat sekitar 0.19 kg, Mitsubishi Q68ADV menjadi solusi praktis untuk sistem PLC MELSEC-Q yang membutuhkan 8-channel analog voltage input. Mitsubishi saat ini mencantumkan Q68ADV sebagai produk yang akan dihentikan, dengan end of order September 2029 dan discontinued December 2029; pengganti yang direkomendasikan adalah R60ADV8.
